The Dreams To Founder Conference @ University of Pennsylvania

The 2019 Dreams To Founder Conference was nothing short of DYNAMIC! Our attendees, which we now refer to them as founders left charged up and with an action plan in hand to help them take major steps in their life and/or busines/career. Our founders came in one way and left with an entire support team and network behind them! This is the beginning of something great for each founder who takes a step!

Our panel challenged our attendees to not only take charge of their dreams but step out and take charge of their lives in the areas of mental health, financial freedom, innovation and creativity and professional development.

Following the conference each attendee was followed up with! I checked in on them to find out if they were taking action on their goals and where they were stuck. It was not just about filling seats at a conference, it was about getting them motivated to take a move and getting behind them to support them once they do!
