Khalia Stokes is a certified Solution-Focused Life and Transformational Coach and Consultant who earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Eastern University. She is the owner of Khalia Deborah Consulting where she helps individuals bring clarity, confidence, and strategy to both their vision and their personal evolution. Whether you're launching a new initiative, leading a team, or preparing for your next level of growth, Khalia partners with you to align your purpose, sharpen your mindset, and move forward with strategic intention. Her work is grounded in the belief that clarity is power. By weaving together strategic planning, mindset mastery, personal development, and conflict navigation, Khalia equips her clients with the tools and perspective needed to transform not only what they do—but who they are becoming in the process. From corporate professionals and nonprofit leaders to entrepreneurs and change agents, Khalia helps individuals organize their ideas, confront internal barriers, and take aligned, courageous action. Her process is equal parts strategic blueprint and soul-deep coaching—designed to help clients build what’s next with vision, integrity, and bold execution.
Khalia is also the Founder of Dreams to Founder Inc, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Dreams To Founder is a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing equitable access to professional development, transformational coaching and spiritual guidance. Not having the resources, the finances or connections in life to help elevate success is common in a lot of low to middle income communities. In order to help people and the communities they live in flourish we cannot be selfish with our knowledge and resources. We must share, educate and serve. So at Dreams To Founder, they envision a world where people have equal access to quality life, entrepreneurial and professional development to further their lives and help their communities flourish.
Khalia uses her Finance background to serve as the Sr. Manager of Financial Programs at Affiliate Distributors in which she leads a team that oversees over one thousand financial contracts. Khalia has been featured in RealSimple magazine, Fox29, iHeartRadio, LA Times Festival of Books, and a host of other outlets.
Throughout the last 8+ years, Khalia has been studying and focusing on helping others develop a growth mindset, establishing goals that will further the purpose in their lives, and creating strategies that the everyday person can implement to experience change in their lives. Her passion for shifting mindsets and helping others better their lives, has led her to speak to thousands of people in individual and group settings.
Khalia is a published author of the book entitled, Cheers to the Fall and the Purpose of it All, in which through the power of story telling, she challenges the reader to reap the full value of professional education, find the career that is right for you, ignite your faith and live how God intends for you to live while shifting the perspective on your pain and struggles and develop a growth mindset! Khalia can be heard giving her insight and encouragement on The I’ve Changed My Mind Podcast.
Khalia also has a soft spot for college students and ensuring that they understand that building the life they want does not have to wait until after college. She enjoys helping college students (of all ages and seasons) identify their gifts and abilities and tap into the impact they want to make in this world while still in college. Khalia was the keynote speaker for Delaware Valley University’s first Women’s Summit in 2019 in which she helped counteract the negative comments people may often hear when they are chasing remarkable things in life! That same year, Khalia led Dreams To Founder’s first conference on the campus of The University of Pennsylvania where attendees were challenged to retire from dreaming about the lives they want and take action to make them reality. Khalia, along with the Dreams To Founder Team, has also launched a Life Coaching Program for Colleges and Universities that provides access to professional development, life and entrepreneurial coaching, and spiritual guidance for college students. Through this initiative, Khalia and her team have been able to donate thousands of dollars to college students to release some of their financial worries in order to stay focused on the road ahead.
As an Advisory Board Member for Eastern University’s College of Business and Leadership, Khalia supports academic excellence and leadership development. She is passionate about community impact and also works with workforce development organizations such as The Skills Initiative and The Urban League of Philadelphia throughout the year, empowering youth and adults to become growth minded leaders who drive positive change in and around their communities.
Khalia lives in Pennsylvania with her husband Rich and two boys, Karter & Jaxon. When Khalia is not working, she can be found on the baseball field watching their boys compete or traveling and making lasting memories with her family.
